Software and Documentation:
Product information and software can be obtained via the Symbol Support Central site: http://support.symbol.com

Online Support Case Portal:
Support cases can be opened and tracked online by using the MySymbolCare Portal: http://mysymbolcare.symbol.com
(If you do not already have an account on MySymbolCare you will need to register as a new user. Currently the MySymbolCare portal can only be used for support case tracking, please refer to the RMA section below for the process to request hardware repair.)

RMA Requests:
When requesting hardware repair, please call 1-800-653-5350 or 1-631-738-6213 and an RMA will be opened for you. Otherwise, if you already have a Site ID then you can send the below details to EMB.Support@Motorola.com to request an RMA.
•   Site ID, Product Model #, Serial #, Server software version (for appliance RMA’s), Hardware issue details


Call Center Support
Motorola Support Associates are available to take your call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

If you have opened a case with the Motorola Support Center in the past on other wireless products you can use your existing Site ID. If not, you will be given a new Site ID the first time you contact us. Your Site ID will help us quickly identify your company and contract entitlement information, along with your contact information.

To help us serve you better, please specify that you are requesting support for AirDefense products, as well as the product model or version information.
